Pontifications, saying that the ECUSA is a "boutique church" concerned with selling itself to the elite. This argument probably has more truth than I would like to admit; in particular, I'm probably guilty of saying things like this:
We’re more intelligent than the Southern Baptists and have better taste than the Catholics. Now this is a product we can sell!
