Um, do you have any idea what that guy is talking about? From what i read it seems he's saying that you can say whatever you like but we'd like it if you said something true and if you would try to convince us, that would also be nice. I have no idea what kinds of laws he would like passed - I imagine I missed something.

I don't think you missed anything; he's being sarcastic and doesn't want any laws passed. He likes the system in the United States where it's perfectly legal to deny the holocaust but is taboo (as a social rather than legal norm) in polite debate and society.
